Almond Amaretto

This will be your "traditional wedding cake" flavor. Although, I'm not quite 100% sure why some refer to it as so. Our Almond cake, is very soft and fragrant with a hint of Almond. Any of our fruit fillings, seem to be most enjoyed with this flavor. *Hint: Pink Champagne SMBC is a great frosting choice.

Blue Velvet

Don't be fooled! This deep blue cake will be the first flavor to go at your event! People LOVE it! The first reaction is because its "ooo different" by its looks, secondly this cake is so moist, soft, velvety, and melts away. The color perceives all, this flavor can be enjoyed with our berry cheesecake filling, or toasted pecans, and always a classic cream cheese frosting. Hint* this is 'Red Velvet' but we have our own secret ingredients to make it the best around. And Yes, you can order it RED.

Honey Belle

Imagine a buttery yellow cake with smooth golden honey swirled into the batter. Mmmm.... Honey Belle. Some enjoy honey belle with fruity fillings and light frosting pairings, others enjoy honey belle with cookie butter filling salted caramel drizzle and caramel smbc. Which would you go for?

Key Lime

This cake is so undermined by others. It's literally a hidden gem amongst these flavors. Guess what! The cake is not green!!! Its white! How do you ask? We use real limes! This is a super soft, fluffy, Key Lime cake perfect for spring and summer!

Lovely Lemon

Isn't she lovely? And who doesn't love lemon cake? 1.2% of the population. No, it's not yellow, and yes, we use real lemons. Lemon is always a great choice, it's a light, delicious. A well known flavor, and pairs well with all of our fruity fillings.

Strawberry Ambrosia

A good strawberry cake is hard to come by, but this Strawberry Ambrosia cake is easy to call 'the food of the gods' which by definition is what ambrosia means. So unfortunately no it does not have alcohol in it. Our Strawberry Ambrosia cake is a light pink cake, most pink coming from our fresh made strawberry crushed jam we add to it, and has the perfect amount of strawberry flavor. It's light, soft, and you may not get enough of it.

Marble Swirl

The best of both worlds! Chocolate lovers will be slightly satisfied, and vanilla lovers can handle the swirl of chocolate without it being overpowering. This swirl is made up of our white velvet and dark chocolate Guinness cake and pairs well with any of our fillings or frostings.

White Velvet

Oh white velvet, the most basic of basic cakes. Yes, extremely delicious, soft, moist, and velvety, with just the right amount of vanilla taste. However, if your planning a large event and thinking EVERYONE LIKES BASIC, you're mistaken. But yes it is a great choice!
